Computer & Software Services Limited (CASS) was founded in 1996 to provide tailored computer training services to City businesses.

In 2002 the business was purchased by myself, Allan Wilkins, Paul Wilkins, and Scott Wilkins (I have since resigned).

The range of services offered by the company was expanded to include business skills training, consultancy website design, and marketing.

Administration System

To organise and automate various aspects of the business, I created the CASS Administration System.

The Administration System

The system can be accessed by staff from any location and allows them to communicate with each other, book courses for clients, organise contact details, write letters, raise invoices, and keep track of hosting services.

The Booking Process

Because courses are booked via the CASS Administration System, visitors to the website can use the online Course Quoter to check the availability and cost of courses in realtime.

The 4-step process asks visitors to choose a course, venue and date and then presents them with a summary including prices.

They can then book the course by calling CASS, or have CASS ring them by entering their telephone number.

This is preferable to allowing them to book and pay online because the company always likes to talk with their clients to ensure that they have picked the course that best suits their needs.
